Hey there, smoothie lovers! Today, I’ve got something extra special for you: the Berry Smoothie with Peanut Butter Powder. But hold up, this isn’t your ordinary peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a
glass. Nope, this smoothie is packed with goodness that can be a real game-changer
for folks touched by cancer, especially if you’re experiencing difficulty swallowing, or
have head/neck cancer, or just feeling fatigued.

Let’s break it down. First off, we’ve got strawberries, raspberries, and bananas—classic
smoothie staples that not only taste amazing but also bring a ton of vitamins and
antioxidants to the table. They’re like the colorful superheroes of the fruit world, fighting
off bad stuff and keeping you feeling your best.

Next up, almond milk. Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-good for you. It’s like the gentle hug
your body needs, packed with calcium and vitamin D to keep your bones strong and
your spirits high.

But wait, there’s more! Peanut butter powder adds that irresistible nutty flavor we all
love, along with a hefty dose of protein to keep your muscles happy and healthy. Plus,
it’s got those good-for-you fats that keep your body running smoothly. Don’t worry if you
don’t have peanut butter powder—just swap in regular peanut butter or any nut butter
you love.

Now, let’s talk chia seeds—or basil seeds, if you’re feeling fancy. Both options are
fantastic, but basil seeds bring a little something extra to the table. They’re loaded with
even more fiber and protein than chia seeds, making them a powerhouse addition to
any smoothie.

And of course, we can’t forget about the date or maple syrup for that touch of
sweetness. But did you know that dates are also chock-full of potassium and
magnesium? They’re like nature’s candy, but way better for you!

Last but not least, we’re sneaking in some spinach. Yep, you read that right—spinach in
a smoothie! Trust me, you won’t even taste it, but your body will thank you for all the
iron and folate it’s getting. It’s like a secret ingredient for feeling your best.

So there you have it—the PBJ Smoothie. It’s not just a tasty treat; it’s a nutrient-packed
powerhouse that’s perfect for folks on a cancer thrivers journey. So go ahead, blend up
a glass, and toast to good health.

Flavorfully yours,
Stacy
